The building, which bears witness to the former railway activity on the Left Bank, is currently undergoing conversion work.

After ceasing operations there in 2006, the SNCF sold the building to the Paris City Council, which sold it to the consortium formed by the Caisse des Dépôts and Xavier Niel, to create the largest digital incubator in Paris. Covering more than 30,000 m2, this new incubator will be a unique space to encourage the emergence of new talent: it will host dedicated areas such as coworking spaces, a fablab, a large auditorium, meeting rooms, large workspaces and a huge bar-restaurant open 24 hours a day, all of which will be places to meet, exchange ideas and enjoy freedom.
