Aeroconstellation

Aeroconstellation

The BLAGNAC-TOULOUSE site has been chosen by AIRBUS as the location for the factory responsible for manufacturing the future A380.
This superlifter will be the aircraft with the largest commercial capacity.

The specific nature of this flying technology naturally has repercussions upstream on the site. For this, AIRBUS put its trust in a group of well-known national companies: DV CONSTRUCTION, SOGEA, DODIN.

A project of this magnitude leaves no room for negligence.

As part of the infrastructure works for the AEROCONSTELLATION ZAC, 3,500 ml of technical galleries are being built. These galleries have rectangular sections of 2.2mx2.6m to 2.9×3.6m with large lyres, low points and siphons.

Shoring trenching is a predominant tool in such a market. Even if the protection of the workers is the group's priority, the fact remains that profitability, progress rates, working comfort, the versatility of the equipment and the responsiveness of the workers are all points to which KRINGS INTERNATIONAL France has responded as a partner.

The KRINGS INTERNATIONAL France design office responded precisely to the constraints imposed by the specifications, providing precise, practical solutions with a commitment to results.

To keep up with the pace of work, 300ml of parallel Slide rail systems shoring trench in 2.00m, 3.00m, 3.50m, 4.00m and 5.00m panels were made available to the site.

No less than 685 tonnes of equipment and 31 semi-trailers were delivered!

A major logistical effort was orchestrated to ensure that the site ran smoothly, without interfering in any way with the other participants, such as scrapers and bulldozers.

Specific shoring trench equipment for lowering the reinforcement cages and tunnel formwork has been designed and developed to increase the site's progress rates day by day.

Only KIF could respond to such quantities, in such a short time, with such precision.
